FORMAT OF PLAY

8 Courts with 4 players

09.00 - 13.00 Mixed Play within levels/ graded

13.00 - 18.00 Open Play - you can agree and arrange games with players of your choice

ENTRY FEE:
Per person: £35 made up of £15 non refundable registration fee and £20 entry fee

FORMAT FOR THE DAY
Registration Begins at 8:15
Warm up from 8.30
Play starts at 9.00 till 17.50

You will be given a magnetic label at registration which you place on the table in front of the Order of Play Board when you want to play.
​
Your name will be added with 3 others to play a 12 minute or first to 11 game.
​
Your label will then be placed on the NOT on Court Board as soon as your game finishes.
When you want to play another game you return it to the table in front of the Order of Play board
​
Players choose when they would like to play a game. If you do not want to play place your magnetic label on the NOT on Court Board. When you are ready to play again move your magnetic label to in front of Order of Play Board

You will be given a name tag to wear at check in as a way of introducing yourself to other players and allow people to find you at the start of play.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Closing date for receipt of entries is 18th December 2025. It may be necessary to restrict the numbers of entries. Please note entries will be accepted on a first-come first-served basis and when the quota is reached, further entries will be placed on a waiting list. You will be notified within 7 days of entering if your entry is in the confirmed playing list or waiting list. Late entries may not be accepted.
Please note:

No refunds will be considered if withdrawal is notified later than 23:59 on 18th December 2025.

No substitution of players is allowed. If a player cannot attend then their place is offered to the next person on the waiting list.

The registration fee of £15 is non refundable. However, if a player does not get offered a place from the waiting list, they shall be entitled to a full refund of all fees, including the registration fee.

If the event is cancelled, you will receive a full refund.

The organisers reserve the right to add to or alter these conditions. Its decision in all matters will be final.

All players participate at their own risk.

Filming and photographs will be taken at this event and may be used by Pickleball Scotland as creative content to advertise, promote or showcase the event. It is the individual’s responsibility to make it known to the organisers if they do not wish to have their picture taken or games filmed
